Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact CRAMPFIT Support at orders@crampfit.com.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address will be provided after your return has been approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if you receive the wrong size or item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right when applicable.

To help us review the issue, please include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label if available.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final sale items, items marked as non-returnable, and items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging or tags.

Because our products are produced through delegated production partners, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection by the customer, or change of mind unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders may enter production quickly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at orders@crampfit.com. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has entered production or has shipped.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged item approved by CRAMPFIT Support.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at orders@crampfit.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

United States Only

CRAMPFIT currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer European Union shipping, so the European Union 14-day cooling off period does not apply to current CRAMPFIT orders.
