This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through crampfit.com.
CRAMPFIT is operated by Crampfit Inc. For any shipping questions, please contact CRAMPFIT Support at orders@crampfit.com.
Shipping Area
CRAMPFIT currently ships within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States may be canceled or declined.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
Processing time includes order review, production, quality checks, and preparation for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the item, production partner, order volume, product availability, holidays, and other operational factors.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Shipping Times
After processing, U.S. delivery usually takes approximately 5–15 business days depending on the product, shipping carrier, destination, shipping method, and production location.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout unless an item, promotion, or order qualifies for free shipping.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless free shipping is clearly offered at checkout or as part of a promotion.
Free Shipping
CRAMPFIT may offer free shipping on select products, orders, collections, promotions, or order minimums.
Free shipping eligibility may vary and may be changed, updated, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has shipped.
Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label has been created.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on the products ordered, production location, or fulfillment partner.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping Delays
CRAMPFIT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, production partners, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, high-volume periods, service interruptions, or other events outside our control.
If your order appears delayed, please contact CRAMPFIT Support at orders@crampfit.com and we will help review the available tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
CRAMPFIT is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at orders@crampfit.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your household, neighbors, building management, mailroom, and the shipping carrier.
CRAMPFIT is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us at orders@crampfit.com with your order number and tracking information so we can review the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you receive the wrong item, contact CRAMPFIT Support immediately at orders@crampfit.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label if available.
Cancellations and Changes
Orders may enter processing or production shortly after being placed.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at orders@crampfit.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellations, address changes, size changes, color changes, or product changes once an order has been accepted, processed, produced, or shipped.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
